Job summary

International Autos Group is seeking an Automotive Office Manager to oversee the dealership's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with leadership and accounting staff to monitor performance.

You will manage accounting functions, month-end closings, cash flow, and reconciliations, while reviewing transactions and ensuring proper posting of vehicle transactions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Controller or senior dealership accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with automotive DMS systems and manufacturer financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership accounting functions and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and dealership financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and banking activities.
• Review accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection.
• Verify manufacturer incentives, rebates, and other receivables are properly recorded.
