Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in an automotive finance-related role.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software.
• Ability to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership by identifying additional product opportunities, such as extended warranties, insurance, and GAP coverage.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability for the dealership while ensuring the best financing terms for customers.
• Assist customers with completing credit applications and other required documents.
• Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and federal/state regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle sales processes and delivery.
