Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own lead management with professional phone and email skills.

• Become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, during and after the sale with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed about new products and how they benefit customers.
