Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own lead management with professional phone and email communication.
• Develop relationships with customers to enhance the sales process.
• Become a vehicle expert through manufacturer training.
• Resolve customer issues professionally during and after the sale, in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Keep updated on new products and features and how they benefit customers.
