Iverson Auto in Huron, SD is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. This role focuses on guiding customers through financing and leasing options, evaluating credit applications, and staying current on manufacturer incentives and lending programs.

You'll collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless vehicle purchase experience, meet finance penetration goals, and maintain excellent customer service with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Finance Manager experience is preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Saturday and evening availability.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in financing and leasing options with clear explanations of terms, rates, and payment plans.
• Evaluate customers' credit applications, assess risk factors, and determine appropriate financing solutions.
• Stay up to date on financing programs, incentives, and promotions offered by the manufacturer and lenders.
• Ensure all finance transactions comply with regulatory requirements and dealership policies with proper documentation.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain an owner follow-up system for repeat/referral business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals related to finance penetration, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
