Job summary

Lexus of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the F&I office in our luxury dealership. You will present and close finance, lease, and protection products, while maintaining uncompromising compliance and guest trust.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of F&I experience at a franchised dealership, strong lender relationships, and a proven PVR. This role offers a competitive OTE and a path into leadership within Swickard's growing multi-store group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Luxury or import brand F&I experience preferred.
• Strong PVR performance and product penetration.
• Knowledge of California-specific regulations.
• Clean, compliant, and ethical deal-writing.

Responsibilities

• Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach.
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently with strong PVR and compliance.
• Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA, CA rules).
• Partner with sales team for smooth handoffs and a seamless showroom-to-finance transition.
• Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard.
• Achieve penetration and PVR targets across products.
• Support development of staff knowledge and referral habits.
