Job summary

Volvo Cars Seattle, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks a Finance Manager to guide guests through financing and protection options, structure deals with lending partners, and present F&I products with integrity.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a franchised dealership, strong compliance knowledge, and familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK systems. Excellent guest relations and a hospitality mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven PVR, VSC and GAP penetration experience.
• Knowledge of menu-based selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA).

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection options with transparency and care.
• Structure deals with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth transactions.
• Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance) via a disciplined process.
• Build and maintain lender relationships to offer competitive options.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal.
• Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and seamless handoff
• Maintain clean deal documentation and fund contracts within timelines
• Represent Volvo Cars Seattle and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction in the finance office

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection product options with transparency, confidence, and genuine care
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- coordinating with sales and lending partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions
• Present and sell F& I products -- including VSC, GAP, and maintenance -- through a disciplined menu-based process
• Build and maintain strong lender and leasing partner relationships to deliver competitive options for every guest
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal, every time
• Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff experience
• Maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines
• Represent Volvo Cars Seattle and Swickard's hospitality standard through every guest interaction in the finance office

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership -- luxury or import brand experience strongly preferred
• Proven performance in PVR, VSC penetration, GAP penetration, and lender diversification
• Deep knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance standards (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)
• Volvo or European brand experience a strong plus
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Active state F& I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start
• A communicator who builds trust quickly -- Volvo guests respond to advisors who lead with honesty, not pressure
• A hospitality mindset -- you protect the guest's interests and the dealership's integrity in equal measure
