Russ Darrow Group seeks a Finance Manager to drive revenue by selling finance and insurance products to new and used-car customers while delivering outstanding service. The role requires expertise in upselling F&I products, a solid understanding of dealership finance procedures, and the ability to structure deals for maximum profitability with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance processes and F&I products.
• Familiarity with title, registration, and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers to arrange financing for purchases.
• Present and upsell F&I products to enhance vehicle ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and compliance.
• Maintain required certifications and proficiency for the role.
• Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, and close effectively.
