Job summary

Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing in Michigan is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager who will lead the F&I team, engage on the sales floor, and drive production with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• CDK and General Motors dealership experience are preferred.

Strong production must come with clean execution. You will be expected to:

• Maintain an accurate, current problem list and resolve outstanding items promptly.
• Keep contracts in transit (CIT) tightly managed through daily follow-up and timely funding.
• Submit complete, accurate paperwork and address lender stipulations before they become delays.
• Present financing and protection products clearly through a consistent menu process.
• Deliver strong F&I results while protecting customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance.
• Manage cancellations, chargebacks, and outstanding documentation with urgency and accountability.
