Job summary

Wright Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee customer financing and insurance offerings. You will guide buyers through aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership service procedures while ensuring compliance and outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work extended hours, evenings, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a dealership F&I management position required.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College degree in finance or equivalent preferred.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivation and ability to work extended hours, evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Offervehicle financing and insurance to customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties and manufacturer/dealership service procedures.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and benefits.
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration.
• Review and inspect the department’s paperwork flow daily for timely deal turnaround.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals and maintain professional ethics and customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcing proper selling methods and set finance department schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offervehicle financing and insurance to customers and providethem with athorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Processfinancing and leasing deals accurately andsecureapprovalthrough financial sources
