LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking a Finance Manager to drive revenue by selling finance and insurance products to new and used vehicle customers. The role requires compliance with information security programs and a professional appearance.

The successful candidate will establish relationships with finance sources, prepare accurate paperwork, and collaborate with sales management to optimize profitability and penetration. Automotive experience is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years in automotive sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain relationships with finance and insurance sources.
• Submit documentation to obtain approval for finance transactions.
• Work with sales management to ensure turnover to the Finance & Insurance department.
• Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
• Forecast finance department performance with sales to achieve penetration and income targets.
• Verify accuracy of title, lien information, taxes, and other documents.
• Acquire licenses for selling insurance, if applicable.
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold.
• Keep management updated on rates and products.
• Complete trainings as directed by management.
