Job summary

Wright Automotive Group is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. We reward effort with bonuses and commissions and value career growth. You will lead vehicle financing, explain aftermarket products, and work with sales to drive profitability.

Requirements include 2 years of auto sales and 1 year in an F&I role, plus a high school diploma. College finance degree preferred; strong communication and compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• 1 year of dealership F&I management experience required.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College degree in finance or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers with thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties and procedures.
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely deal turnaround.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offervehicle financing and insurance to customers and providethem with athorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to maximize the finance department's overallprofitability and product penetration

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of automotive sales experience required
• 1 year of experience in a dealership F&I management position required

• Prior automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
