The role involves arranging vehicle financing, presenting extended warranties, and coordinating with lenders to secure favorable terms while explaining all protection products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dealership F&I and at least 5 years in automotive retail, with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 2+ years as Finance/Insurance Manager in a dealership.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance with sales aptitude and strong business sense.
• Ability to coordinate with lenders and explain financing options.

Responsibilities

• Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and explains aftermarket products and warranties.
• Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders per state and federal law.
• Prepares all state and federal documents for vehicle purchases.
• Maintains relations with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs.
• Coordinates with Sales to refer new sales to the F&I department and explain financing/lease programs.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Complies with federal, state, and local regulations; performs other duties as assigned.
