Job summary

CorpBalance is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to serve as the primary quality liaison between a major automotive client and its customers across the southeastern United States. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage customer concerns from initial contact through corrective action and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field required.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive customer quality or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience handling customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel to Savannah, GA and Mexico training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and technical discussions.
• Represent the company at customer facilities and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate and follow up on complaints, rejections, containment, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Participate in customer meetings, trials, launches, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with plants and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and support technical negotiations.
• Travel regularly to customer locations across GA, SC, and AL.
