Job summary

Minth Group seeks a Field Service Representative to represent the company at customer sites in Gadsden, AL, supporting product quality and production continuity while coordinating rapid containment of issues. Maintain accurate field information and assist the plant in closing quality issues to protect customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Engineering, Quality or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least two years of automotive manufacturing, quality inspection or customer-site service experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and inspection instructions; use relevant measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customer Quality, Production and Incoming Inspection teams and communicate requirements.
• Monitor product use and assembly performance at customer sites to reduce complaints and issues.
• Respond to customer concerns within agreed times and document lot, defect, location and impact.
• Coordinate containment, sorting, inspection and replacement activities with traceability records.
• Support root cause investigations and 8D responses with field evidence and corrective actions.
• Assist with launches, changes, and customer feedback at the site to ensure continuity.
• Coordinate logistics for replacement parts and ensure supply continuity.
• Submit field service reports and track performance for customer reviews.
