PPG Quality is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Quality Liaison to support automotive manufacturing operations in West Point, Georgia. This role focuses on clear communication between customer representatives and our operations team, monitoring quality concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure timely updates.

The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, reporting with Excel, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in automotive quality inspection or liaison roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary communication link between customer representatives and PPG Quality operations.
• Monitor, document, and communicate quality concerns and inspection findings.
• Prepare accurate daily reports using Excel and email.
• Maintain detailed records of quality issues, corrective actions, and updates.
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to the operations team.
• Coordinate timely responses to customer concerns.
• Follow quality procedures, safety requirements, and guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
