Job summary

Minth Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to support customer sites in Montgomery, AL and ensure production continuity. You will coordinate containment, collect field data, and track actions while communicating with customer teams and the plant quality group.

Strong problem solving and report generation are essential. This role requires field presence at customer facilities, including Hyundai OEM plants, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Quality or related field.
• Minimum two years in automotive manufacturing, quality inspection or field service.
• Able to read drawings and inspection instructions with measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customer Quality, Production and Incoming Inspection teams.
• Monitor product use, fit and assembly at customer sites and coordinate preventive actions.
• Respond to customer complaints within agreed times and document details.
• Coordinate containment, inspection, rework, and replacement activities.
• Support root cause investigations and 8D responses at the customer site.
