Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3–5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and functional safety principles.
• INCOSE systems engineering principles and requirements decomposition.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, update, and track CFOs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze CFOs to ensure alignment with project objectives, engineering standards, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate to establish and implement best practices for global feature development strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of new platform-level vehicle features.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system-level issues.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support requirements decomposition and traceability throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
