You will drive requirements ownership, analysis, and traceability across system, software, and hardware domains while ensuring alignment with safety and industry standards through collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements engineering in automotive or systems engineering.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into measurable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Ownership: create, review, baselining, maintenance and tracking of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Requirements Analysis: ensure clarity, completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.
• Stakeholder Alignment: run cross-functional reviews and resolve gaps with global stakeholders.
• Feature Definition & Tailoring: decompose needs into platform-level functional and non-functional requirements; document deviations.
• Customer-Centric Inputs: derive needs from benchmarking, VOC, field insights, and stakeholder feedback.
• Traceability & Change Control: maintain bidirectional traceability across system, software, hardware and validation requirements; manage changes through change control.
• Validation & Compliance: define acceptance criteria with validation teams and ensure regulatory and safety requirements are addressed.
