As a Automotive Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting vehicle development and integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for global feature strategies.
• Support platform and program-specific new feature development initiatives.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to inform development processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical content to non-technical audiences.
• Effective project coordination skills.
• Solid background in Automotive Systems and knowledge of ISO 26262 standards.
