Job summary

GSFS Group is seeking a Performance Development Manager to enhance dealer sales and F&I performance across assigned regions. You will improve skills of Sales and F&I teams through proven training methods and performance processes.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organization skills. Travel up to 70% is expected, with a focus on results and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years field experience preferred.
• 4–6 years retail automotive F&I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine account needs and articulate to sales and development teams.
• Create 90 day development plan and communicate to resources and stakeholders.
• Model and demonstrate GSFS Group sales and F&I processes in retail environments.
• Train and manage F&I menus and performance reporting platforms.
• Develop relationships with dealerships and area management.
• Assist dealership accounts in meeting performance standards.
