Jones Family of Dealerships in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Honda Used Car Manager to lead our used vehicle operations. This role drives inventory strategy, pricing, merchandising, and team performance to deliver strong sales and customer satisfaction.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing used-vehicle sales team, manage trade-ins, auctions, reconditioning, and collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to maximize profitability and dealership results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a Used Car Manager role.
• Proven success managing used vehicle inventory and achieving sales goals.
• Strong vehicle appraisal and acquisition skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing used vehicle sales team.
• Oversee inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising.
• Analyze market conditions and pricing trends to maintain a competitive inventory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase volume and profitability.
• Work closely with Finance and General Sales Manager to maximize dealership performance.
