Performance Auto Group in Whippany, NJ seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to lead the F&I process from application to delivery. You will work with the sales team to structure deals, secure financing, and present protection products, ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven Automotive F&I/Finance Manager experience.
Strong ability to structure deals and secure lender approvals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding F&I objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the F&I process from credit application to delivery.
Structure transactions to maximize lender approval and profitability.
Present and sell F&I products and protection plans.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
Maintain CSI and customer satisfaction through a professional experience.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize finance opportunities.
