Job summary

Walt Massey Automotive Group in Mississippi is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead the F&I operations for a dealer group committed to rewarding proven talent. You will manage the full F&I lifecycle, analyze credit, and present products to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

The role offers a compensation package in the range of $125,000–$250,000 per year, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
• Strong PVR track record.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Ability to close deals while keeping customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all necessary documentation and customer contracts in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while bringing a positive attitude to the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence as part of an excellent customer experience.
