Qualifications

• Must have proven Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Strong PVR performance history.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Ability to close deals while keeping customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all documentation and customer contracts in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while bringing a positive attitude to the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence as part of the customer experience.
