Job summary

Walt Massey Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a dealer group that values its people and rewards proven talent. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on the F&I process and delivering a premier customer experience.

You will analyze credit, present financing options, and lead a team to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $250,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager; not entry-level.
• Strong, proven PVR.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Ability to close deals while keeping customers happy and returning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications.
• Complete all documentation and customer contracts in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk and management.
• Train and motivate team members while bringing a positive attitude to the floor.
• Present and sell F&I products with confidence as part of an excellent customer experience.
