Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Typing proficiency with accurate data entry.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; dealership systems a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financing documentation and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Obtain customer credit applications and submit them to lenders for approval.
• Maintain organized filing and record systems for finance transactions.
• Complete required reports and documentation for compliance and tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
• Assist customers with questions and ensure a smooth financing process.
