Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Finance Manager to join our team. Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience required; Toyota Brand experience helpful. Proficiency in structuring deals and knowledge of title laws essential.

Authorized to work in the USA with the ability to pass background checks and MVR/drug tests. Responsibilities include contracting new business, generating finance income, and working with lenders to secure approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience.
• Reynolds & Reynolds and DocuPad experience helpful.
• Toyota Brand experience helpful.
• Proficient in structuring deals for profitability.
• Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration.
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass background, MVR, and drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business and close finance deals.
• Generate finance income on sold customers.
• Verify cash, finance, or loan paperwork.
• Contract or collect money at closing.
• Seek lender approvals for financed/leased deals.
• Maintain knowledge of leases.
• Assist in lender approvals.
• Understand programs and rate options from lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales and service contracts cancellations.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• A minimum of2 years or more of stable Automotive Finance experience
• Experience usingReynolds & ReynoldsandDocuPad helpful
• PreviousToyota Brand experience helpful
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
