Sheehy Auto Mall of Hagerstown is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join our team. This role focuses on automotive finance, compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven finance management experience, strong lender relationships, and the ability to structure deals while ensuring accurate documentation. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive finance management experience.
• Consistent history of producing strong PVR.
• Strong VSC and product penetration.
• Ability to structure deals and secure lender approvals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Thorough understanding of compliance, funding, and deal documentation.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals.
• Generate financial income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• Previous automotive Finance experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
