Job summary

Sheehy Auto Mall of Hagerstown is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead automotive financing operations, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. This role focuses on maximizing product penetration, lender relationships, and backend PVR in a high-volume setting.

You will structure deals, secure approvals, present options, and close opportunities while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to policies.

We are seeking a proven producer with a consistent track record of strong backend PVR, product penetration, lender relationships, and compliance. This is a high-volume opportunity with an uncapped, performance-driven pay plan.

• Proven automotive finance management experience
• Consistent history of producing strong PVR
• Strong VSC and product penetration
• Ability to structure deals and secure lender approvals
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Thorough understanding of compliance, funding, and deal documentation
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate financial income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

• Previous automotive Finance experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
