Job summary

Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. This role requires at least 2 years of Automotive Finance experience and familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds and DocuPad.

Toyota brand experience is helpful, and you will structure deals for profitability while navigating title laws and registration. We offer a pay structure where earnings are commission-driven, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities within a high-volume dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive finance experience.
• Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds and DocuPad helpful.
• Previous Toyota Brand experience helpful.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Professional personal appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
