Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our award-winning team in Richmond, VA. This rare opportunity targets top performers ready to advance within a respected dealership family.

You will drive finance product sales and deliver outstanding guest service in a high-volume store. The ideal candidate has at least three years of automotive finance experience, strong negotiating and communication skills, and a proven record of profitability.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Automotive Finance Experience (Required)
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver\'s license

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
