Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores in Springfield, VA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our automotive finance team. This role focuses on compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will contract new business, structure deals, and work with lenders to secure approvals, while leveraging our in-house systems to process paperwork efficiently. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals.
• Generate financial income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
