Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join our team. You will manage automotive finance transactions, ensure compliance, and deliver superior customer service.

Ideal candidates have automotive finance experience, knowledge of industry lending programs, and a strong ability to negotiate and present options to customers. Our benefits and ongoing training support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive finance experience.
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds systems preferred.
• Ability to structure profitable deals.
• Familiar with title laws and vehicle registrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell finance products, and close deals.
• Generate financial income on all financed and leased customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases and lease options.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales and related products.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts and GAP policies.

• Previous automotive Finance experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
