Job summary

Sheehy VW of Springfield is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join our growing family. Earn an appealing compensation package with base pay plus commission and paid training, along with strong earning potential as highlighted by our Top Workplace recognition.

You will help customers select vehicles, demonstrate features, and guide them through pricing, warranties, and paperwork while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands features, warranty and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
