Lithia & Driveway operates DCH Freehold Toyota in Freehold, NJ, and seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to lead financing, lender relations, and sales support. The role requires presenting protection packages and securing optimal financing terms for customers.

The position includes base salary plus commission, with a total rewards package and career growth opportunities within the Lithia & Driveway family. Saturday availability is required.

• Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience
• Must be in a current Finance role in Auto or RV industry
• Polished, professional communicator
• Proven track record with current performance metrics
• Strong CSI
• Attention to detail and efficient CIT
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer proficiency
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose protection packages and present benefits.
• Arrange financing by working with lenders to secure best terms.
• Submit deals to banks electronically using dealer systems.
• Process transaction paperwork meeting DMV and lender requirements.
• Participate in store meetings and coordinate with sales teams.
• Assist Sales Team with customer engagement during peak times.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.

• Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.

• Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.

• Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.

• Participate in store meetings, work with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately.

• Assist Sales Team with customer engagement and follow-up in the sales department during peak traffic times

Total Rewards

We offer a package ranging from $111,000 to $303,500 annually, structured with a base salary plus commission.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
