Job summary

Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of Generation Auto Group, is seeking a Finance Manager to guide customers through financing options and ensure compliant, accurate transactions. You will maximize profitability and maintain lender relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will present and sell F&I products, manage multiple deals, and collaborate with Sales and Accounting to ensure timely funding and documentation. A strong focus on ethics and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive F&I experience.
• Ability to present and sell vehicle protection products.
• Strong understanding of financing guidelines and compliance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ financing needs and present finance, payment, and protection options clearly.
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, tires & wheels, and other programs.
• Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals through multiple finance sources.
• Prepare, review, and accurately complete all finance and insurance paperwork in a legal, ethical manner.
• Ensure compliance with all laws related to automotive finance and insurance.
• Achieve monthly performance goals for F&I income and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and trust.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Management for timely deal processing.
• Resolve funding or documentation discrepancies to support funding timelines.
