Job summary

Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking an experienced F&I Manager for our Kia dealership. You will structure deals, arrange financing, and present optional products to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all laws.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience, solid knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Preferably at least 2 years experience as an F&I Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance ownership experience.
• Ensure deals are structured for maximum profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, close deals.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
