Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores, Inc. is looking for energetic and motivated sales consultants in Richmond, Virginia. Successful candidates will have at least one year of automotive sales experience or comparable experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.

The role includes determining customer vehicle needs, demonstrating vehicle knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service.

Benefits include an annual earning potential of $60,000 to $100,000+, base salary plus commission, excellent health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(K) and profit-sharing plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of automotive sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Job description

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking energetic and motivated sales consultants with at least one year of automotive sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage and strong interest in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements
