Job summary

Snap-on is seeking an Equipment Sales Specialist to drive sales of John Bean products across an assigned territory. The role involves demonstrating product expertise, quoting prices, and delivering compelling proposals at automotive facilities.

You will build a robust pipeline through cold calling, client surveys, and proactive canvassing while partnering with field service teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong technical familiarity with automotive service equipment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with concurrent timelines.
• Energetic, motivated, with a sense of urgency to sell.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise related to Snap-on equipment (John Bean products).
• Generate sales within the assigned territory.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct location surveys.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via cold calls and lead gen.
