All Roads at Norris Ford in Maryland is seeking an Automotive Engine Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle engines, focusing on mechanical components and computerized diagnostics to ensure proper function.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.
• Experience with engine work, specifically gas engine required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $26-$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
