Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certifications or Ford OEM certifications preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.
• Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs clearly and precisely.
• Communicate cause and correction to Advisors regarding customer vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest multi-point inspections.
• Able to master Ford diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• ASE Certifications OR
• Ford and/or other OEM certifications
• Three or more years related experience and/or training
• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
• General mechanical skillsand manual dexterity
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to passrandom drug screens
