Job summary

All Roads Trucks / Kenworth / TRP is seeking an Automotive Technician for Norris Ford. The role is full-time with a $26–$40/hour flat rate based on experience, and a schedule that includes Monday–Saturday.

You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose issues, prepare repair estimates, maintain records, and work with OEM support. Benefits include sign-on bonus up to $5,000, paid training, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
