Job summary

All Roads Ford Trucks is hiring a Ford Gas Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team.

Ford experience is preferred. This full-time position offers $22–$45 per hour, first shift Monday–Friday, production bonuses, sign-on up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing gas and diesel vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus.
• Maintain precise repair records and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$45/hour (based on experience)


• Production bonuses available
