Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seeks a seasoned EMC Test Technician to join the EMC team, validating automotive electronic systems for OEM compliance. You will execute full suites of immunity and emissions tests on components and modules, with a strong emphasis on bench‑level hands‑on work and ownership of test results.

The role requires 3–7 years of bench EMC testing in automotive settings, with fluency in ISO 11452, ISO 7637 and OEM test specs; equivalent aerospace/defense/consumer

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct, bench‑level EMC testing experience in automotive.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 11452, ISO 7637, and OEM test specs.
• Equivalent aerospace/defense/consumer electronics EMC experience with automotive fluency considered.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate EMC test equipment for component/module testing per automotive standards.
• Perform RE/CE emissions and RI tests per applicable specs.
• Configure, run and document ESD, BCI, DPI, and other immunity tests.
• Maintain LISN setups, probes, CDN networks and antenna systems.
• Operate EMI receivers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power amplifiers.
• Develop and verify automation sequences and test reports.
