Job summary

LEONI Wiring Systems, Inc. in Troy, Michigan, seeks an experienced engineer to design and maintain E/E schematics for LEONI and customer systems. The role requires independent processing of E/E designs and representing LEONI at customer meetings. Reports to the Team Leader Harness Design in Troy.

Responsibilities include importing device data, defining inline/splice positions, creating listings, performing resistance checks, and contributing to DVP&R and DFMEA activities. Travel will be needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in executing full vehicle systems engineering projects (Stellantis preferred).
• Experience in Capital Logic/Integrator or equivalent schematics design tool.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Job Description

Position Overview:

This positions serves LEONI’s North American Development Department with design expertise to create and maintain E/E schematics in LEONI and customer’s systems. The candidate should possess the capabilities to independently process E/E systems designs and to represent LEONI in front of our customers. This position reports directly to our Team Leader Harness Design in Troy, Michigan.
