Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly, answer questions and provide information.
• Explain payment options to meet customers' budgets and lifestyles and close deals.
• Guide customers through the in-store experience and transition to the Service department when needed.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty.
