Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a Technician at our Lebanon, PA location. You will perform basic vehicle diagnostics and routine repair and maintenance per manufacturer specs, delivering 5 Star guest service through clear communication and timely service.

This hourly role offers flat-rate compensation of $25.00-$40.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time options and a benefits package including healthcare and vacation, tool reimbursement, and ASE certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or equivalent experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory MVR.
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro tool purchase program.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and communicate needed services.
• Assist in inventory management including pulling tires and parts.
• Assist with store duties to keep the shop clean and guest ready.
• Follow safety standards including wheel torque and oil safety procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per Road Test policy and traffic laws.
• Adhere to policies and governmental standards, including ANSI/OSHA.
• Maintain knowledge by completing Monro University trainings.
• Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
