Qualifications

• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory MVR.
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.
• Automotive training or equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and document and communicate additional needed services and repairs.
• Assist in inventory management, including pulling tires and parts and stocking inventory.
• Support store operations to keep the store clean and guest-ready at all times.
• Adhere to safety standards and Monro’s policies, including wheel torque and oil safety procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per Monro's Road Test policy following local traffic and safety rules.
• Maintain knowledge through Monro University training modules.
