Job summary

Monro, Inc. is seeking a Technician at our Wexford, PA location. You will perform basic vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance within a flat-rate pay structure based on experience and productivity.

The role is hourly and available as full-time or part-time, with opportunities to earn based on performance and to grow through Monro University training. A tool set and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool program.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking.
• Assist with general store duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow Monro safety standards and procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per policy and routes.
